Plain answers on how long videos and results live on DashLab Kids.
Every raw run video auto-deletes 30 days after upload on every plan — Starter, Family, Plus, Coach and Club. There is no paid upgrade that keeps the original video longer; this is a child-safety default we don't sell around.
They stay. The video is the only thing that's removed. Sprint Scores, posture/arm-drive ratings, PBs, badges and weekly progress charts are kept on the account so kids and coaches can compare across seasons.
Yes. From the Record page, tap any run and choose Delete — the storage file is removed immediately and the analysis result is kept or removed based on your choice.
Only while the coach is linked to your child AND you have 'Coach can view sprint videos' switched on in Parent → Privacy & Consent. Unlinking the coach or switching the toggle off immediately revokes their video access. Coaches keep their own coaching notes and the numeric results they were already shown.
Account deletion removes all videos, scores, PBs, notes and notifications across our systems within 30 days. Email privacy@dashlabkids.com.au if you need written confirmation.
