Terms of Service

DashLab Kids is operated by DashLab Pty Ltd ("DashLab", "we"). We provide a sprint-coaching app for kids, parents, schools and clubs. By using DashLab Kids you agree to these Terms.

Kids under 13 require a parent or guardian to create the account and provide consent. Coaches and parents are responsible for keeping their login secure.

Use DashLab Kids only for its intended purpose: coaching, recording and improving sprint technique safely. Don't upload abusive content, content of other children without consent, or anything illegal.

You own the videos and notes you upload. You grant DashLab a limited license to store and display them inside your account, your linked parent's account, and your linked coach's account. We won't sell or publicly publish your videos.

DashLab Kids is not medical advice. Stop the activity if your child feels pain or dizziness. Always supervise young athletes during sprint work.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We can suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from the profile page — videos and personal data are removed.
